What’s the difference between Q245R steel and 20G steel
GB 713 Q245R boiler steel plate is normaly used for manufacturing pressure vessels. Q245R steel plates are having high ductile strength and malleability which makes them easy to be formed. These Q245R plates are thus available in standard and custom sizes. They can also be cut and welded as per the demand of the user. These plates are corrosion and heat resistant and can easily handle high-pressure steam and gases. As these plates are made of low alloy steel or carbon steel these are provided by some coating over the surface to make it durable for a longer time.
20G steel under GB/T5310 specification is often used to manufacturing boiler steel pipes. 20g boiler steel tubes with varies wall thickness and nominal diameters.These seamless pipes 20G is used int Drain Extraction,platen,superheater,Line sampling boilers,Line Desuperheater for our end users'projects.
