At first they asked for high strength and hardness panels, and after our test for different material and welded method. Our panels meet their demands and finally they place the order for 300 pcs as trial order.
1.DRAW
The client send the drawing for the panels, and then our engineer make manufacturing drawing accordingly.
2.PICTURES

Size Inspection
our Q/C department make sizes inspection for diameter of wires, square side, width and length.
3.Hardness and Strength Test
The sample has posted to SGS lab to make test for hardness and strength, and the result passed the clients demands.
