EN10025 S355J2+N Steel Work / steel structure / Steel machining parts
EN10025 S355J2+N Steel Work is weldable, low carbon, high tensile strength structure steel, can be readily welded to other weld able steel. For S355J2+N low carbon equivalent, it possesses good cold-forming properties. The EN10025 S355J2+N Steel is produced by fully killed steel process and supplied in a normalized or controlled rolling condition.

EN10025 S355J2+N Steel Structure Heat Treatment
Usually S355J2+N steel work can be done the Tempering, Annealing and other heat treatments. S355J2+N Steel Work are not ideally suited to hardening, though it can be subjected to limited heat treatment process such as case hardening. If hardening EN10025 S355J2+N Steel machining parts heat treatment temperatures, including rate of heating, cooling and soaking times will vary due to factors such as the shape and size of each component. Other considerations during the heat treatment process include the type of furnace, quenching medium and work piece transfer facilities. Please consult Katalor or your heat treatment provider for full guidance on heat treatment of EN10025 S355J2+N Steel Structure.
