HASTELOY G3 is a superior performance of Ni base corrosion resistant alloy, and belongs to the field of Mo, Cu and Ni Cr Fe containing. It has excellent oxidation and atmospheric corrosion and anti stress ability of stress corrosion cracking, but also has high resistance to localized corrosion (pitting, crevice corrosion). Due to higher content of Fe alloy, compared with other nickel based corrosion resistant alloy has the characteristics of low cost. G3 alloy is commonly used in flue gas desulfurization system, paper making, phosphoric acid producing steam generator and heat exchanger. The well tube made of this alloy has excellent anti H2S, CO2 and Cl- corrosion resistance, and is the best choice for the oil well pipe in acid gas field.
