8. Radial marks
The single-sided protrusions, point-like, and full-width linear traces formed on the surface of the A36 steel strip are equidistant along the rolling direction. The general spacing gradually increases and the degree gradually decreases. Appearance, the spacing is about 150mm; it appears in the shape of long strips or short strips at equal intervals along the rolling direction of the steel strip, and the spacing is about 150mm; it appears in the shape of long strips or short strips at equal intervals along the vertical direction of the steel strip, and the spacing stops the spoke mark graphite The spoke marks are about 150mm.
9. Oil spots
Traces of rolling oil remain on the surface of A36 steel strips, and their shapes are comet-like, spot-like, and broom-like. Due to the oxidation of the oil coke rolling oil, traces of light yellow or brown viscose are formed on the surface of the steel strip with black glue attached to the steel strip.
10. Rust spots
Seawater or rainwater enters the A36 steel coil during transportation. After cold rolling and annealing, the brightness of the steel strip is not enough. The glossiness of the steel strip is insufficient. The surface gloss is different, it is darker locally, and sometimes the gloss between the upper and lower surfaces is also different.
11. Extraordinary brightness
The A36 steel strip has been stagnated in the furnace for too long and the surface has been excessively oxidized, causing the surface of the steel strip to turn gray. Sometimes there will also be pockmarked and rough spots; due to insufficient dew point or unstable atmosphere in the furnace, the surface of the steel strip will turn blue, yellow, or black; the surface of the steel strip will appear brighter and the mechanical properties will not meet the requirements.
12. Jagged edges
The appearance defects of tower-shaped steel coils are higher (or lower) than each other on the end face of the steel coil, and they are continuous and shaped like a pagoda. They mostly appear on the inner (outer) ring of the steel coil due to cutting and rough edges caused by burrs. Small jagged cracks appear on the edge of the belt.
13. Spare ribs pattern
The rib pattern is a corrugated mark that is at a certain angle to the rolling direction and is symmetrical on both sides with the center line of the width of the steel strip. The edge of the arc-shaped steel strip is in the shape of an edge wave of discontinuous small-scale edge waves, and the 1/4 wave medium wave is undulating on the surface along 1/4 of the width direction of the steel strip. The middle appearance of the steel strip in the width direction is generally caused by the large local elongation. It is wavy and extends along the rolling direction.
