Rust spot of weather resistant steel plate

The third stage: The weather resistant steel has a clear and dense rust nucleus layer, and the rust points are closely adhered to form a protective layer, and the rust is hardly rusted by hand rubbing; the ordinary steel plate has a large amount of rust, and even the whole piece of rust peels off. Weather resistant steel tends to be reddish-brown, while ordinary steel plates tend to be dark black.
