Q345R Steel Plates Features

GB713 Q345R steel is a kind of pressure vessel special plate with min. yield strength value of 345MPa. Q345R steel plate has good comprehensive mechanical properties and process properties. The phosphorus and sulfur content is slightly lower than that of low-alloy high-strength steel plate Q345 (16Mn) steel. In addition to the increase of tensile strength and elongation requirement than Q345 (16Mn) steel, it is also required to ensure impact toughness. It is currently the most widely used and most used pressure vessel special steel plate in China.
Q345R Steel Plates Certifications and Standards 
These Q345R steel plates also have ultrasonic testing under following standards as the GB/T2970 and JB4730, the EN 10160 and ASTM A435, A577, and also the last one A578. These plates are certified with the original mill certificate test certified under EN 10204 of the format 3.1/3.2. These plates are having certified rolling standards as NACE MR-0175(HIC+SSCC).
