2. Grade Q215 steel plate is slightly higher than Q195 steel plate, similar in use to Q195 steel plate. In addition, it is also widely used for welding steel pipes, galvanized welded pipes, furnace frames, anchor bolts, bolts, round nails, wood screws and other hardware parts.
3. Grade Q235 steel plate has moderate carbon content, high strength, high coordination of plasticity and welding properties, and high comprehensive performance. Grade Q235 steel plate is widely used in all aspects of the market. For example, it can be rolled into wire rod or round steel, square steel, flat steel, angle steel, I-beam, channel steel, etc. Medium and thick steel plates are widely used in buildings and engineering structures.
4. Grade Q255 steel plate is similar in performance to Q235, and its strength is slightly higher than Q235 steel plate, but its plasticity is slightly lower than Q235 steel plate. Therefore, its application is not as extensive as q235, which is mainly used for riveting and pick-up structures.
5. Grade Q275 steel plate has high strength, high hardness and good wear resistance. It is used in agricultural machinery, wear parts, rail joint splints, wheels, rolls, etc.
