At present, some iron and steel enterprises, universities, and research institutes have carried out some preliminary research on the use of steel enterprises metallurgical high-temperature kilns and supporting process equipment to coordinate the treatment of urban combustible solid waste and sludge, and have also achieved some results, but the country has not yet introduced Relevant policies and regulations provide special support, and progress is relatively slow.
 
In response to this suggestion, Cheng Ding encourages steel companies to give full play to their own characteristics of metallurgical high-temperature furnaces and supporting equipment such as self-provided power plants, blast furnaces, coke ovens, etc., and assume responsibility for the treatment of combustible solid waste and sludge in some cities. Provide support for green city construction. Increasing the investment in technology research and development of utilizing metallurgical high-temperature furnaces and kilns of iron and steel enterprises' self-provided power plants, blast furnaces, coke ovens and supporting process equipment to utilize urban combustible solid waste and sludge, establishing special funds at the national level to encourage universities and research institutes Carry out special research on collaborative utilization with enterprises to improve the technical level and promotion and application ability of iron and steel enterprises to deal with urban combustible solid waste and sludge.
 
Increase the construction of a standard system for the comprehensive utilization of urban combustible solid waste and sludge, and guide iron and steel enterprises to coordinate the technical level improvement and standardized development of urban combustible solid waste and sludge.
