The Q690D high-strength plate hot-forming automated production line is used for warm/hot stamping of lightweight automotive body load-bearing parts. This production line is suitable for the hot-forming process of Q690D ultra-high-strength bare steel plates and coated steel plates, and is also suitable for high-strength aluminum alloys. The warm forming process of sheet metal will be more and more widely used in the automotive field, and the research on its related equipment and core technologies will also become a new research hotspot in the stamping industry.
There are currently more than 200 high-end hot forming production lines in the world, and there are more than 50 hot stamping production lines in China. However, most of these production lines are provided by foreign manufacturers (such as Swedish AP&T, German SCHULER, Spanish FAGOR, etc.), which have long delivery cycles, high operating costs, high energy consumption, and large footprints.
These shortcomings and deficiencies have been restricting the development of Q690D high-strength plate hot forming technology in China and around the world.
