As of press time, the mainstream price of 1500mm ASTM A36 carbon steel coil is 4470-4490 yuan/ton, and the price of 1800mm wide A36 hot rolled coil is 4550-4570 yuan/ton. The mainstream price of Q345B low-alloy steel coil 1500mm is 4610-4630 yuan/ton, and the price of 1800mm Q345B low-alloy steel coil is 4750-4770 yuan/ton.

Today's futures market fluctuated upwards, the spot market had a better mentality, merchants' quotations rose slightly, and market transactions were generally average. In addition, the price of billet in Tangshan area rose 10 yuan/ton today, and the current price of ordinary carbon billet is 3840 yuan/ton. On the whole, the downstream demand is relatively weak at present, and the terminals have gradually begun to take holidays. It is difficult for market transactions to increase significantly. Merchants with higher inventories still focus on shipments, and cashing out funds reduces risks, so the price increase is limited. It is expected that the Shanghai hot rolled market prices will remain volatile tomorrow.
