ASME SA537CL1 steel are carbon-manganese-silicon steel plates intended for fusion welded pressure vessels and structures. The SA537CL1 carbon steel plate has strong comprehensive performance, extraordinary flaw detection ability. This material corresponds to the national standard 16Mng / 19Mng (that is, Q345R). It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power stations, boiler And other industries, used to produce reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes for hydropower stations, turbine volutes and other equipment and member.
 
Standard: SA537 CL1 steel and A537 CL1 belong to American standard grade pressure vessel plate. ASME SA537 is divided into three levels: SA537CL1, SA537CL2, SA537CL3. The maximum thickness that can be produced is 150mm.
 
For pressure vessel plate SA537CL1 steel plate,the minimum yield strength is 310 Mpa, tensile strength min 450 Mpa. For pressure vessel steel plate SA537CL2 steel ,the minimum yield strength is 315 Mpa, tensile strength min 485Mpa. For SA537CL3 carbon steel plate ,yield strength shall be above 275 Mpa,tensile strength min 485 Mpa.
 
Delivery status: hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing. SA537CL1 plates can be delivered by normalized condition.
