Mn13 material is a high Mn abrasion resistant steels plate. For Mn13 abrasion resistant plates cutting, we often choose plasma cutting. Plasma cutting is divided into underwater plasma and air plasma cutting. When underwater plasma cutting is used, the plasma gas can generate several thousand degrees of high temperature, the high manganese steel plate is rapidly melted at the incision, and the oxidation is prevented by the water barrier, and the water is cooled in time to prevent the carbide from being precipitated and the steel plate is cut. The surface is smooth and flat, no heat affected zone, and the cutting quality is excellent, which is the first choice for cutting high manganese steel. Air plasma cutting can also be used. We also use flame cutting to cut Mn13 abrasion resistant plates.
Mn13 Abrasion Resistant Plates Welding
The welding of high-manganese wear-resistant steel plate can be carried out by manual arc welding. Use D256 (stack 256) or D266 (stack 266) welding rod for welding rod; weld the weld before welding, thoroughly clean the groove and edge of the workpiece, remove rust and oil, and dry the electrode at the same time; select small diameter electrode when welding (generally 3mm-3.5mm), small current, high voltage, multi-weld layer, multi-weld, fast welding; if DC welding is used, the electrode is connected to the positive electrode; after welding each layer, the weld should be hammered to improve its heat resistance.
