In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "The Air Pollution Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China", improve the quality of the ecological environment, and prevent environmental pollution, the "Air Pollutant Emission Standard for the Foundry Industry" is now approved as the national pollutant emission standard, and the " Inorganic Chemical Industry Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB31573-2015) and other amendments, and jointly issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the State Administration for Market Regulation.
 
The names and numbers of standards (including standard amendments) are as follows:
1. "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Foundry Industry" (GB39726-2020)
2. "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Pesticide Manufacturing Industry" (GB39727-2020)
3. "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Onshore Oil and Gas Extraction Industry" (GB39728-2020)
4. Amendments to "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Inorganic Chemical Industry" (GB31573-2015)
V. "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Brick and Tile Industry" (GB29620-2013) Amendment List
6. "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Iron and Steel Sintering and Pelletizing Industry" (GB28662-2012) Amendment List

According to the law, the above standards (including standard amendments) have mandatory enforcement effect. The above standards will be implemented on January 1, 2021, and the standard amendment will be implemented one month after the date of issuance.
