3. Low ductile brittle transition temperature: severe geographical and climatic conditions require pipeline steel plate to have a sufficiently low ductile brittle transition temperature.

4. Good welding performance: the good weldability of pipeline steel plate is essential to ensure the integrity of the pipeline and the quality of field welding.
