FERRITE GB4237 1Cr17 stainless steel weld pickling, passivation treatment

1. Dipping acid formula: Nitric acid (specific gravity 1.42) 20%, hydrofluoric acid 5%, and the rest is water. The pickling temperature is room temperature.
2. Brush the acid formula. 50% hydrochloric acid, 50% water.
3. Acid paste formula: Hydrochloric acid (specific gravity 19) 20 ml, water 100 ml, nitric acid (specific gravity 1.42) 30 ml, bentonite 150 g
4. Passivation solution formulation. Nitric acid (specific gravity 1.42) 5%, potassium dichromate 2%, and the rest is water. The passivation temperature is room temperature. The dipping method is suitable for smaller equipment or parts. Immerse the equipment or parts in the immersion liquid, immerse for 25–45 minutes, and remove it with clean water.
