A detailed description of EN10028 which is the production standard of P265GH

P355GH steel plate is used in medium-pressure boiler, is a kind of steel heavy plate for pressure vessels under EN standard, its production standard is EN10028(EN Standard for steel plates for pressure vessels). It is equivalent to Q345R(16MnR) under GB standard.
EN standard EN10028-2:2003 is used for high-temperature performance steel plate which is used in manufacturing pressure vessel. Its tensile strength range is 360-630 MPa, and its yield strength range is 235-355 MPa, the minimum elongation range is 20-24%, and its minimum Impact AKv will change with the test temperature, specifically, when the test temperature is -20℃, the minimum Impact AKv is 27J, 0℃ corresponds to 34J, and 20℃ corresponds to 40J. The product thickness range of EN10028-2:2003 is 8-260mm. Delivery condition: +N(Normalized), +NT(Normalized and Tempered), +QT(Quenched and Tempered).
The minimum tensile strength at 300℃ test temperature is below:
For P235GH steel plate: 324MPa;
For P265GH steel plate: 369MPa;
For P295GH steel plate: 423MPa;
For P355GH steel plate: 459MPa.
The elongation of high-temperature tension test will be recorded as reference data. The Impact AKv should be up to standard when the test temperature is -20℃ and -40℃.
