Electric Steelmaking --- A302 Grade B steel plate

A302 Grade B steel plate Electric Steelmaking has mainly used arc heat, in the arcing area, the temperature up to 4000℃. The smelting process of Electric Steelmaking can be sectioned into three parts or events: melting stage, oxidating stage and reducing stage. The electric furnace not only can form oxidation environment, but also can form reducing environment, this makes A302 Grade B steel plate with high efficiency in dephosphorizing and desulphurizing process.

Electric Steelmaking is mainly used in producing high-quality constructional steel, tool steel and alloy steel. The steel produced by Electric Steelmaking has the advantages of good-quality and homogeneity. The electric steel has better strength and plasticity than martin steel when the carbon content is same. We use similar material as the main raw material, and readjust the chemical component by adding ferroalloy to produce A302 Grade B steel plate.
