Q275A specific steel spheroidizing annealing process

(1) Q275Asteel spheroidizing annealing (slow cooling), slow cooling is suitable for the majority of steel, especially the furnace charging quantity, operation more convenient, but the production cycle is long;

(2) Q275A steel isothermal spheroidizing annealing, suitable for the majority of steel grade, especially difficult to spheroidizing steel as well as the high quality demand of spheroidizing steel (such as rolling bearing steel); The production cycle, shorter than ordinary spheroidizing annealing, but need to be able to control cooling rate before the eutectoid transformation stove;

(3) Q275A steel spheroidizing annealing cycle, applicable to the original organization for the piece of lamellar pearlite steel, the production cycle is shorter than the ordinary spheroidizing annealing, but under the condition of the equipment of large quantities of furnace charging, it is difficult to change the temperature according to the requirements of control, thus not widely used in production;

(4) Q275A steel spheroidizing annealing at low temperature, suitable for cold deformation processing of steel and quenching hardening of steel (which is often referred to as high temperature softening temper);

(5) Q275A spheroidizing annealing steel deformation, deformation processing of spheroidizing acceleration, combined deformation processing and spheroidizing, spheroidization time can be shortened. It is suitable for cold and hot forming deformation of steel and steel products (such as strip).
