1025 steel structure HEAT TREATMENT
Normalize at 1625° to 1700°F (885° to 927°C) before air cooling
Full anneal at 1575° to 1700°F (857° to 927°C)
Process anneal after cold working at 1100° to 1225°F (593° to 663°C)
Harden at 1550° to 1625°F (843° to 885°C) before water quenching
Can be case hardened
