Q420q material

Q420q material is a kind of structural steel plate for bridges. The Q420q steel grades are Q420qD, Q420qE, and Q420qF under Q420q quality. When the Q420q steel plate is required to have performance in the thickness direction, the symbols Z15, Z25, and Z35 representing the performance level in the thickness direction are added after the above-mentioned grades, namely Q420qDZ15, Q420qDZ25, Q420qDZ35, Q420qEZ15, Q420qEZ25, Q420qEZ35, Q420qC-Z15, Q420qCZ25, Q420qCZ35
 
Q420q steel standard: GB/T714-2014. Q420q steel equivalent: it is similar to S420N\S420NL in EN10025-3:2004, corresponding to S420M\S420ML in EN10025-4:2004.
 
Q420q steel chemical composition (mass fraction)/%:
C: ≤0.11, Si: ≤0.55, Mn: 1.0-1.7, Nb: 0.01-0.09, V: 0.01-0.08, Ti: 0.006-0.03, Cr: ≤0.50, Ni: ≤0.30, Cu: ≤0.30, N : ≤0.008, Al: 0.01-0.045.
