Description of 12Cr1MoVR steel and 12Cr1MoV steel
12Cr1MoV steel belongs to alloy structural steel. Standard: GB / T3077-2015.
12Cr1MoVR steel plate is a special steel plate for medium and high temperature pressure vessels, and implements GB713-2014 standard. 12Cr1MoVR steel plate adopts oxygen top-blown converter method, open hearth method or smelting in electric furnace, and other equivalent methods can also be adopted after consultation with the buyer.

Difference in application 

The 12Cr1MoV steel plate is mainly used after normalizing and high temperature tempering, and is used to manufacture superheated steel pipes, conduits, serpentine pipes and other corresponding forgings whose working temperature does not exceed 570 ~ 585°C in high pressure equipment.
12Cr1MoVR steel plate is mainly used for the production of high-pressure boilers and vessels.

Difference in the delivery condition  

12Cr1MoV steel plate is annealed or high temperature tempered state. Quenching heating temperature (℃): 970; coolant: air, tempering heating temperature (℃): 750; coolant: air.
12Cr1MoVR steel plate is usually delivered in normalizing + tempering state. According to the special agreement at the time of order, 12Cr1MoVR steel plate can also be delivered in annealing or tempering state. Significantly improve the plasticity and impact toughness of steel, and improve the anisotropy of steel.
