Specializing in short production runs and prototype manufacture, our water jet cutting services can handle both metal and non-metal materials with minimum part stress and no thermal distortion or hardening. Water jet cutting reduces or eliminates secondary operations and produces parts with smooth, finished edges. Our two-axis system has a maximum cutting length of 12 ft, a maximum cutting width of 6 ft, and can cut stainless steel material as thin as .005 in. up to 2 in. We maintain tight manufacturing tolerances to ±.005 in. while generating 55,000 psi water jet pressure.
