15Mo3 boiler steel is commonly used in heating surface of high pressure boiler (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, and the working temperature is between 450 ℃ ~ 650 ℃), economizer, superheater, reheater and so on.

R107 electrode can guarantee 15Mo3 steel Performance requirements. 15Mo3 metallocene is pearlite + ferrite, and 15Mo3 carbon equivalent is obtained according to the carbon equivalent formula CE (IIW) = C + Mn / 6 + (CrMo + V) / 5 + (Ni + Cu) CE <0.4%, indicating that its brittle tendencies are not good, but with good weldability.
