15Mo3 steel is pearlitic heat-resistant steel, and 15Mo3 steel plate still can show out special characteristics when working with long-term load at high temperatures. 15Mo3 steel is widely used for the heating surface of the low pressure boiler (working pressure is generally no more than 5.88Mpa, the working temperature below 450 ℃).

15Mo3 boiler steel is commonly used in heating surface of high pressure boiler (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, and the working temperature is between 450 ℃ ~ 650 ℃), economizer, superheater, reheater and so on.

15Mo3 welding method: 15Mo3 can use electrode welding and TIG welding, R107 electrode is the best, it is highly suitable for 15Mo3 chemical compositions and work conditions, impact toughness and elongation and good crack resistance. R107 electrode can guarantee 15Mo3 steel Performance requirements. 15Mo3 metallocene is pearlite + ferrite, and 15Mo3 carbon equivalent is obtained according to the carbon equivalent formula CE (IIW) = C + Mn / 6 + (CrMo + V) / 5 + (Ni + Cu) CE <0.4%, indicating that its brittle tendencies are not good, but with good weldability.
